Miso & dark chocolate chunk

White miso folded into brown butter dough, generous pools of dark chocolate. Salty, sweet, deep — chocolate chip, grown up.

the blondie

Blueberry cheesecake, streusel

A blondie base swirled with cheesecake and fresh blueberries, finished with a buttery streusel for the bite at the top.

the brookie

Brookie sandwich, peanut butter middle

A fudgy brownie disc and a chewy cookie disc, with a thick layer of set peanut butter in between. Best eaten with two hands.

Single-layer fudge cake, dark ganache

How it works

Orders are taken here, or on Instagram DM / WhatsApp. Weekend bakes only — orders placed by Wednesday are baked the same weekend.

Each weekend's bakes are made in small batches. Once a day's slots are full, the following weekend will be offered.

pickup

Pickup is complimentary, by appointment, from the kitchen in Chennai. The exact address is shared once the order is confirmed.

Pickups are scheduled in short windows so each box is collected at its freshest.

delivery

Delivery anywhere within Chennai is arranged through Porter or Borzo, booked on your behalf and charged at actuals — no mark-up.

Typical fares range between ₹80 and ₹200 depending on distance. Confirmed at the time of order.

payment

Payment is made in full at the time of confirmation, via UPI or bank transfer.

For gifting orders, a handwritten note can be tucked into the box at no additional cost — just send the message along.

All bakes contain wheat, dairy and eggs. The cookie contains soy (miso). The brookie sandwich contains peanuts. The loaves contain walnuts. Please flag allergies when ordering — we work in a single home kitchen and cannot guarantee a nut-free or soy-free environment.
Brioche buns are a Saturday drop, available while they last. Pre-order strongly recommended.
Custom orders and corporate gifting are welcome, with longer lead times. Please write in.
Most bakes keep for three to four days at room temperature, in a sealed container. The blondies and brookies prefer the fridge after day two. The buns are happiest the day they're baked.
